1. Add Us to Your Contacts List
Adding our email address to your contacts or address book helps ensure that your email provider recognizes us as a trusted sender.
- Open an email from us.
- Hover over our name at the top of the email.
- In the pop-up window, click "Add to Contacts."
2. Check Your Spam and Promotions Folders
Sometimes, emails can accidentally land in your Spam or Promotions folder. Here’s how to retrieve and ensure future messages go to your inbox:
- Check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder.
- If our email is there, drag it into your "Primary" tab.
- You can also right-click on the email and select "Move to Primary."
3. Create a Filter to Automatically Send Our Emails to Your Inbox
Setting up a filter or rule will ensure our emails are always directed to your primary inbox.
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select “See all settings.”
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click “Create a new filter.”
- Enter our email address in the "From" field and click “Create filter.”
- Check the box that says "Never send it to Spam" and "Categorize as Primary."
4. Whitelisting Our Email Address
Whitelisting ensures our emails bypass any filters or blocks. Once our email is in your primary inbox, you typically won’t need to whitelist us, but you can still create a filter as mentioned earlier.
