WHY ARE TOGETHER MEMBERS SUPPORTING 'YES'?

In 2022, the Together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Conference attendees made a recommendation to Together Executive and Together Branch Conference delegates to support a ‘yes’ vote in the Voice to Parliament referendum. This recommendation was overwhelmingly endorsed. At a national level, the National Conference Delegates of the Australian Services Union have also endorsed the principles of the Uluru Statement from the Heart – being Voice, Treaty, Truth.
