At this point in the pandemic it is absolutely crucial that Australians have access to Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) to protect themselves, their loved ones, and the community.
In recent days Queenslanders have been kept in queues for hours and private and public testing PCR testing facilities are becoming overwhelmed.
The Queensland government has acted to secure 18 million tests, which is excellent news. But Scot Morrison and the federal government need to do more and ensure that any person can access a RAT for free whenever they need it.
The Queensland state government has acted to support the needs of Queenslanders during this pandemic but once again Scott Morrison and the the federal government refuse to take responsibility and want to make public health somebody else's problem.
.Sign the national union petition to make Scott Morrison act: RATs must be free and accessible.
