Working from home arrangements have become an important part of many Queenslanders' working lives.

However, too often, access to working from home arrangements been left to the discretion of individual managers, with no clear process for public sector members. Without clear guidelines around working from home, workers run the risk of entitlement being eroded and the ability to plan working and home lives becomes more difficult.

That is why union members are getting together to talk about this issue and how we can ensure those who are able can have access to arrangements that will improve their working lives.

We are currently asking members to share their experience of working from home over the last few years.
