CYJMA BARGAINING 2023

CYJMA | The system is stretched, workloads are unsustainable centralised

2023 is the year you and your coworkers improve your working lives.

Over the past few years, members in Child Safety and Youth Justice have been facing numerous challenges, and it is time to take a stand and create change that ensures children and families in Queensland receive the best possible care and protection.

2023 is a collective bargaining year.  This year is when we come together to demand you have the resources required to do the important work you do.

In the coming months, CYJMA Together Members will be seeking this change though collective bargaining – ensuring the pressures you face are addressed in your collective agreement.
