Thanks to the activism of Together members, Queensland public servants have won access to 10 days of Reproductive Leave each year. This is a historic win, one that recognises the realities of reproductive health and the importance of dignity and flexibility at work.
Now, four months since its introduction, we want to hear from you.
Has access to Reproductive Health Leave made a difference in your life or workplace? Has it helped you or your colleagues manage reproductive health without fear or stigma? Your feedback is invaluable—not only to understand the immediate benefits but to understand how the implementation process is going and where it might need to improve.
Your experiences will inform the next steps in ensuring all workers have the support they need. By sharing your story, you will help build the case for broader adoption and continued improvements in workplace rights. Queensland has been a trailblazing state regarding reproductive health leave, and the Australian Council of Trade Unions is now pursuing reproductive health leave for all Australian workers.
Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts.
Together, we can ensure that reproductive health leave is the best it can be. Congratulations for your work on this campaign and for making your voice heard.
